We ensure the supply of precast reinforced concrete elements in accordance with the design, meeting specified strength and geometric requirements

Screw Pile Foundation

Steel piles with helical tips combined with a reinforced concrete pile cap, installed by screwing into the ground

Driven Pile Foundation

Consists of reinforced concrete piles that are driven into the ground using pile drivers or vibratory hammers.

Strip Foundation

A foundation in the form of a continuous reinforced concrete strip under the load-bearing walls.

Monolithic Slab

A foundation in the form of a solid reinforced concrete slab that distributes the load across the entire area of the building.

Building frameworks — precast and monolithic

We work with both types of reinforced concrete frameworks: precast (made of factory-finished elements, fast on-site assembly) and monolithic (seamless construction, cast on-site according to your specific loads and layout). We select the optimal type based on the project requirements and timelines.
