Steel Structures

The structural framework of the project

We ensure the supply of steel structures as part of an EPC project: from manufacturer selection to quality control and synchronization with the installation schedule.

Selecting the type of steel structure for your project

Three classic technologies, engineering optimization, and accurate pricing without final drawings — based on statistical data from completed facilities. We primarily use bolted connections (pre-engineered building technology).

We provide accurate pricing for steel structures — and for the entire project — without detailed drawings, utilizing historical data.

LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing)

LGSF is used for facilities with relatively low loads: administrative buildings, warehouses, retail, and service premises.

Advantages: fast erection, high manufacturing accuracy, and reduced load on the foundation

Hot-Rolled Steel Structures

Rolled steel sections are used for most industrial and warehouse buildings with medium to large spans.

Advantages: These structures are well-suited for prefabricated buildings due to their combination of strength, manufacturability, and relatively simple installation.

Welded Steel Structures

Welded structures are used for buildings with large spans, complex architecture, or increased loads.

Advantages: This technology offers maximum design flexibility and allows for the implementation of complex engineering solutions.

Covering large spans — from 24 to 120 m

Cross-brace space truss systems (MARHI / Kislovodsk type) — for buildings without intermediate columns. Only two types of elements: nodes and tubes. Installed on steel or reinforced concrete columns. Suitable for sports facilities, shopping centers, and unique architecture.

Steel framework optimization — reducing metal consumption

Lower cost does not mean lower quality. Optimal building cost is a multi-factor process: metal consumption, connection types, framework geometry, and foundation loads.

We conduct optimization in two stages:

At the Design Stage —
we recalculate structures, selecting sections and framework patterns to reduce metal consumption. A lighter framework provides indirect savings: compact foundations and fewer installation man-hours.
At the Shop Drawing (KMD) Stage —
if you already have a finished design from another company, we can analyze its efficiency and propose cost-reduction measures before manufacturing begins.
